Enchanted Pool - Puck’s Glen, Cowal Peninsula, Argyll and Bute

On a wet day, between the rain showers a break in the cloud allows light to penetrate the dense woodland canopy of Puck’s Glen to illuminate the far side of this water pool. An enchanted place, named after Shakespeare's character in A Midsummer Night's Dream, the Glen is a deep chasm with walls covered in dripping moss and with a thick canopy of trees overhead.
